Nortempo ETT is looking to hire production and warehouse operatives for a well-known company in the metal sector. The company is located in the areas of Padrón and Catoira, in various fabrication, assembly, painting, machining, and logistics departments.
We are looking for dynamic, resourceful individuals accustomed to physical work, who stand out for their speed, manual dexterity, and ability to work in demanding productive environments.

- Approximate base salary: between 2,700 and 3,200 euros gross per month.

- 4th shift: rotation every 2 days (6 days worked - 3 days off).
- 5th shift: Work based on rotating schedules.

Buscamos personas dinámicas, resolutivas y acostumbradas al trabajo físico, quedestaquen por su rapidez, habilidad manual y capacidad para trabajar en entornosproductivos exigentes.
Valoraremos especialmente experiencia previa en líneas de producción, industriaalimentaria, conserveras, almacenes, logística, agricultura, hostelería o puestossimilares donde se requiera ritmo de trabajo, resistencia física y atención al detalle.
Entre tus funciones estará:
-Realización de tareas de producción, montaje, lacado y/o manipulación demateriales en entorno industrial.
-Alimentación y supervisión de líneas de producción.
-Control de calidad de productos y detección de incidencias o desviaciones.
-Mantenimiento del orden, limpieza y cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.
-Contrato 6 meses través de ETT.
-Salario base aproximado: 2.700 y 3.200 euros brutos al mes.
-Horarios:
-4º turno: rotativo cada 2 días (se trabajan 6 días-se descansan 3 días).
-5ºTurno: Trabajo mediante cuadrantes rotativos.
-Incorporación inmediata.
-Experiencia previa en entornos fabriles.
-Se valora tener habilidades con las tecnologías.
