Responsible for the development, analysis, and mechanical optimization of high-power synchronous compensators. The candidate will actively participate in all stages of the product life cycle, from conceptual design and mechanical calculations to manufacturing monitoring and continuous design improvement
Perform complete mechanical calculations for synchronous compensators and electric generators.
Provide continuous technical monitoring during the manufacturing process.
Provide technical support for production and assembly.
Participate in manufacturing reviews and resolution of non-conformities.
Evaluate manufacturing deviations and propose technical solutions.
Develop mechanical improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
Optimize designs to reduce weight, costs, and manufacturing times.
Participate in innovation and technological development projects.
Develop standardization of mechanical solutions.
Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsable del desarrollo, análisis y optimización mecánica de compensadores síncronos de gran potencia. El candidato participará activamente en todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del producto, desde el diseño conceptual y los cálculos mecánicos hasta el seguimiento de fabricación y mejora continua del diseño.
Realizar cálculos mecánicos completos de compensadores síncronos y generadores eléctricos.
Realizar seguimiento técnico continuo durante el proceso de fabricación.
Dar soporte técnico a producción y montaje.
Participar en revisiones de fabricación y resolución de no conformidades.
Evaluación de desviaciones de fabricación y propuesta de soluciones técnicas.
Desarrollar mejoras mecánicas para incrementar confiabilidad y eficiencia.
Optimizar diseños para reducción de peso, costos y tiempos de fabricación.
Participar en proyectos de innovación y desarrollo tecnológico.
Desarrollar estandarización de soluciones mecánicas.
Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica o afín.
Deseable especialización o maestría en máquinas rotativas, dinámica estructural o diseño mecánico.
