The candidate will actively participate in all stages of the product life cycle, from conceptual design and mechanical calculations to manufacturing monitoring and continuous design improvement

Responsable del desarrollo, análisis y optimización mecánica de compensadores síncronos de gran potencia. El candidato participará activamente en todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del producto, desde el diseño conceptual y los cálculos mecánicos hasta el seguimiento de fabricación y mejora continua del diseño.
Realizar cálculos mecánicos completos de compensadores síncronos y generadores eléctricos.
Realizar seguimiento técnico continuo durante el proceso de fabricación.
Dar soporte técnico a producción y montaje.
Participar en revisiones de fabricación y resolución de no conformidades.
Evaluación de desviaciones de fabricación y propuesta de soluciones técnicas.
Desarrollar mejoras mecánicas para incrementar confiabilidad y eficiencia.
Optimizar diseños para reducción de peso, costos y tiempos de fabricación.
Participar en proyectos de innovación y desarrollo tecnológico.
