At Adecco Selección we are looking to bring on a Master Data Technician and SAP Migration specialist to collaborate on a project involving the organization, cleansing, and preparation of information prior to its migration to SAP.
The position will mainly be carried out in collaboration with the Purchasing department, although it may also provide support to other areas of the company. This is not just about entering data: we are looking for someone capable of analyzing it, detecting inconsistencies, and ensuring its quality before migration.
What will your mission be?
Review, cleanse, and standardize the article master, ensuring that the information meets the established criteria for migration to SAP.
What will be your main responsibilities?
Analyze the article master and review the quality of existing data.
Detect duplicates, coding errors, incorrect descriptions, obsolete articles, and incomplete data.
Clean, structure, and standardize the information required for migration.
Complete and correct mandatory fields according to the criteria defined in the SAP project.
Review units of measure, families, article groups, material types, and internal and external references.
Validate data related to purchasing, warehouse, stock, and planning.
Cross-reference information from different files, systems, and databases.
Prepare upload templates, working files, and validation lists.
Produce follow-up reports, incident reports, and lists of pending data for review.
Maintain traceability of the modifications made.
Escalate to the project manager any inconsistencies that require a functional decision.
Ensure compliance with the criteria established for data migration to SAP.

Location: A Coruña / Arteixo.
Working hours Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Continuous working day during the summer period.
Participation in a strategic SAP migration and implementation project.
Collaboration with different departments and the opportunity to expand knowledge in master data management.

La posición se desarrollará principalmente en colaboración con el departamento de Compras, aunque también podrá prestar apoyo a otras áreas de la empresa. No se trata únicamente de introducir datos: buscamos una persona capaz de analizarlos, detectar incoherencias y garantizar su calidad antes de la migración.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Revisar, depurar y normalizar el maestro de artículos, asegurando que la información cumpla los criterios establecidos para su migración a SAP.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?
Analizar el maestro de artículos y revisar la calidad de los datos existentes.
Detectar duplicidades, errores de codificación, descripciones incorrectas, artículos obsoletos y datos incompletos.
Limpiar, estructurar y normalizar la información necesaria para la migración.
Completar y corregir los campos obligatorios conforme a los criterios definidos en el proyecto SAP.
Revisar unidades de medida, familias, grupos de artículos, tipos de material y referencias internas y externas.
Validar datos relacionados con compras, almacén, stock y planificación.
Cruzar información procedente de diferentes ficheros, sistemas y bases de datos.
Preparar plantillas de carga, ficheros de trabajo y listados de validación.
Elaborar informes de seguimiento, incidencias y datos pendientes de revisión.
Mantener la trazabilidad de las modificaciones realizadas.
Trasladar al responsable del proyecto las inconsistencias que requieran una decisión funcional.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los criterios establecidos para la migración de datos a SAP.

Conocimientos de procesos de compras, almacén, logística o gestión de stock.
Capacidad para interpretar referencias técnicas, unidades de medida y codificaciones de artículos.
Manejo de Power BI, bases de datos, SharePoint, Teams y otras herramientas de Microsoft 365.
Formación Profesional o Grado en Administración, Logística o áreas similares.
