Objective

To serve as the technical owner and operational driver of AB Living Group and SHA’s Marketing Technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity between Sales, Marketing, CRM, and E-commerce platforms. This role transforms business needs into scalable technical solutions, leveraging integrations, automation, data management, and AI-enabled development practices to enhance commercial performance and operational efficiency.

Role Purpose

A hands-on technology leader responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining the MarTech infrastructure that powers customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This is not a purely managerial role; it requires direct involvement in platform administration, integrations, troubleshooting, and solution implementation while coordinating specialized vendors and development partners when needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. MarTech Platform Ownership

Own and administer HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, workflows, automations, reporting, and data governance.
Manage Shopify operations, including storefront functionality, applications, themes, checkout processes, and data flows.
Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues across the MarTech ecosystem, ensuring platform reliability and performance.

2. Integrations, Automation & Data Flow

Design, implement, and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Shopify, and internal or third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions.
Develop automations that eliminate manual processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
Ensure reliable and secure data flow across Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, analytics, and business systems.
Maintain technical documentation, integration mappings, and platform standards.

3. Business Partnership & Solution Design

Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand business objectives and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Convert commercial and operational requirements into scalable system configurations and workflows.
Ensure all MarTech initiatives align with corporate IT architecture, security standards, and data governance policies.
Prioritize and deliver a continuous roadmap of platform enhancements and optimization initiatives.

4. Technology, Data & AI Enablement

Leverage AI tools and modern development technologies to accelerate implementation, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
Support AI-driven automation initiatives that improve customer engagement, operational visibility, and decision-making.
Promote data integrity, system reliability, and responsible use of AI technologies within the MarTech environment.
Identify opportunities to enhance business performance through automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

5. Vendor & Outsourced Resource Management

Coordinate external developers, agencies, and technology partners involved in MarTech initiatives.
Define technical requirements, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Monitor vendor performance, service levels, project execution, and associated costs.
Escalate risks and proactively resolve technical or delivery challenges.

6. Continuous Improvement & Scalability

Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve customer, sales, and marketing processes through technology.
Design scalable solutions that support the growth of AB Living and SHA’s commercial operations.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence through technology.

Your Contribution

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing and configuring HubSpot, Shopify, or similar CRM and E-commerce platforms.
Proven experience designing and implementing integrations through APIs, webhooks, middleware, or automation tools.
Experience working directly with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to deliver business-focused technical solutions.
Strong understanding of CRM, E-commerce, automation, and data management best practices.
Experience coordinating external developers, agencies, or technology providers.
Business-level English and native or bilingual Spanish required.
Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

HubSpot certifications and/or Shopify development training.
Experience with Zapier, Make, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud-based technologies.
Experience utilizing AI tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or similar technologies.
Previous experience supporting hospitality, wellness, luxury, residential, or customer-centric businesses.
