About the role

H10 Hotels is seeking a Marketing Cloud Technical Solution Specialist to coordinate the technical optimization and evolution of our new automation platform. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our guests' data into personalized, automated experiences, ensuring that the Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology infrastructure is perfectly aligned with the business objectives and growth of the eCommerce channel.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities:

Platform Optimization: design and structure databases (data extensions) and the contact model within Salesforce to ensure agile, clean, and efficient segmentation.
Business Process Automation: create and maintain automated flows in Journey Builder and Automation Studio (automations, welcome journeys, abandoned cart journeys, etc.).
Advanced Campaign Personalization: implement technical logic and the use of dynamic data (using Salesforce languages such as AMPscript/SQL) so that each customer receives personalized offers based on their history.
Content Design and Management: generate WYSIWYG templates in Salesforce with the ability to edit directly in the Marketing Cloud platform, enabling team autonomy in content creation.
Ecosystem Integration and Data Unification: coordinate the proper connection of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with the rest of the company's systems (hotel CRM, booking engine, website, app, etc.) and support the activation of audiences and segments derived from the Data Cloud strategy (Data 360).
Deliverability and Compliance Assurance: monitor the health of the email channel (IP reputation, inbox deliverability, unsubscribe management) and ensure strict compliance with GDPR.
Operational Support and Efficiency: act as the internal technical consultant for the Email Marketing team, resolving issues, optimizing templates (HTML/CSS), and helping the team execute campaigns faster and without friction.

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience in technical or consulting roles within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Solid experience in managing, cross-referencing, and segmenting databases using SQL.
Demonstrated ability to implement advanced personalization logic (use of AMPscript or similar dynamic logic).
Proficiency in the Salesforce technical interface: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS focused on ensuring proper email rendering across any device.
Solution-oriented mindset: ability to translate a business need into an efficient technical solution within the tool.
Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas and full availability to work on-site.

What you'll do

Responsabilidades principales:

Personalización Avanzada de Campañas: implementar la lógica técnica y el uso de datos dinámicos (mediante lenguaje de Salesforce como AMPscript/SQL) para que cada cliente reciba ofertas personalizadas según su historial.
Diseño y Gestión de Contenido: generación de plantillas WYSIWYG en Salesforce con capacidad para editar directamente en la plataforma de Marketing Cloud, facilitando la autonomía del equipo en la creación de contenidos.
Integración de Ecosistemas y Unificación de Datos: coordinar la correcta conexión de Salesforce Marketing Cloud con el resto de sistemas de la compañía (CRM hotelero, motor de reserva, web, app, etc.) y apoyar en la activación de audiencias y segmentos procedentes de la estrategia de Data Cloud (Data 360).
Garantía de Entregabilidad y Cumplimiento: supervisar la salud técnica del canal de email (reputación de IPs, entregabilidad en bandeja de entrada, gestión de bajas) y asegurar el estricto cumplimiento del RGPD.
Soporte y Eficiencia Operativa: actuar como el consultor técnico interno del equipo de Email Marketing, resolviendo incidencias, optimizando plantillas (HTML/CSS) y ayudando a que el equipo ejecute campañas de forma más rápida y sin fricciones.
