We're looking for someone who will become the operational backbone of our Marketing team.
You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, helping bring ideas to life across events, content, community and brand initiatives. Your biggest focus will be coordinating VIVLA's events and making sure every detail is flawlessly executed, while gradually learning and taking ownership across multiple areas of marketing.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow fast, learn from every aspect of marketing and become an indispensable part of a high-performing team.
This role sits at the heart of VIVLA.

You'll be the backbone behind many of our most important initiatives from the events that bring our community together, to the communications that strengthen relationships, to the content that tells our story.
This isn't just an Events or Content role. It's a unique opportunity to experience every side of marketing inside one of Europe's fastest-growing lifestyle brands.
You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, gaining hands-on exposure to brand, CRM, community, PR, partnerships, events and content creation. As VIVLA grows, your role will evolve with it, giving you increasing ownership and responsibility.

Help build and grow Casa VIVLA, our community platform designed to bring together owners, investors and like-minded people through exclusive events and experiences.
Coordinate VIVLA's events from planning to execution.
Manage suppliers, venues, budgets and logistics.
Coordinate guest lists, invitations and event communications.
Ensure every event reflects VIVLA's premium brand experience.
Be present during events to oversee execution and solve problems in real time.
Travel to VIVLA destinations when required.
Capture content during events for future marketing use.
Manage VIVLA's community across social media channels, responding to messages, comments and enquiries while ensuring every interaction reflects our brand.
Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks and Shorts) when needed.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments across the business.
Stay on top of trends, viral formats and social media best practices.
Help maintain VIVLA's content calendar.
Bring fresh content ideas every week.

We're looking for someone with around 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, events, communications, and content.
More importantly, we're looking for someone who is excited to learn.
You love organizing.
You enjoy making things happen.
You're naturally proactive and always one step ahead.
You don't get overwhelmed when juggling multiple projects at once, in fact, you enjoy it.
You have a strong creative eye and understand what makes great content.
You're equally comfortable coordinating an event, editing a Reel, building a newsletter or helping prepare a presentation.
Most importantly, you're looking for a place where you can grow quickly and learn every side of marketing.
You have a high level of energy and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You're naturally proactive - you don't wait for instructions all the time to take action.
You're a problem solver who finds solutions instead of roadblocks.
You take ownership and follow through until things are done.
You're resourceful and figure things out independently.
You have exceptional attention to detail.
You enjoy juggling multiple projects at once.
You communicate clearly and work well across teams.
