Diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar campañas comerciales digitales, principalmente a través de WhatsApp, con el objetivo de generar interés en potenciales clientes y maximizar la conversión de leads.

Diseñar y desarrollar campañas de comunicación comercial a través de WhatsApp orientadas a la generación de oportunidades de negocio.
Crear contenidos visuales atractivos utilizando herramientas como Canva, PowerPoint y otras plataformas de diseño digital.
Proponer nuevas ideas, enfoques creativos y formatos innovadores que mejoren el rendimiento de las campañas.
Diseñar mensajes, imágenes y recursos visuales adaptados a diferentes segmentos y objetivos comerciales.
Gestionar la creación, adaptación y mantenimiento de plantillas de comunicación en las diferentes plataformas utilizadas por el área.
Preparar, validar y depurar bases de datos para la correcta ejecución de campañas comerciales.
Realizar segmentaciones y selección de audiencias para optimizar el impacto de las acciones.
Ejecutar campañas masivas garantizando la calidad de los envíos y el cumplimiento de los procesos establecidos.
Analizar resultados y comportamiento de los leads para identificar oportunidades de optimización.
Elaborar informes de seguimiento utilizando Excel y Power BI.
Formación en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Diseño, ADE o áreas afines.
Nivel medio de Excel para tratamiento y análisis de información.
Conocimientos de Power BI
