Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Excellence Director, you will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and hands-on change agent, partnering with Site Managers, Operations Leaders, and functional leaders to accelerate the deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Operational Excellence practices.
