The opportunity
Financial Services Organization (FSO) is a sub-area within our Organization, which includes all EY professionals serving the financial and insurance sector. It is a multidisciplinary team with the objective of adapting in the best possible way to our clients' needs. In this way, we bring together professionals from the world of internal and external audit, business advisory, financial or IT risk, and consulting, with the goal of responding to clients in the fastest, most effective, and most tailored way possible.
As a Manager - Data Technology Risk, you will be responsible for leading strategic projects for the review and audit of governance models, internal control, and regulatory data compliance. You will also participate in defining improvement actions and providing ongoing advisory to major clients to help them meet regulatory data management requirements.
You will work closely with Chief Technology Officers, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Data Officers, and Business and Innovation Leaders, etc., ensuring the effective management of risks associated with information management.

You will carry out, among others, the following functions:
Lead the definition, review, and updating of data governance models that align with organizational strategies and business objectives.
Validate existing controls in the area of data governance, assessing the design, implementation, and effectiveness of established controls.
Participate in the commercial development of the Analytics team within the FSO / Assurance scope.
Supervise projects involving the definition and implementation of dashboards (Power BI, Microstrategy, Qlik).
Perform automated testing using computer-assisted audit techniques (CAAT) and tools such as ACL, IDEA, Alteryx, among others, to verify the operation, calculations, integrity, and consistency of business processes.
Issue improvement recommendations based on the results obtained, advising our clients on how to remediate weaknesses and enhance controls.
Ensure regulatory compliance with RDA, Solvency, and other applicable regulations, acting as the point of contact for regulatory matters related to data governance.
Advise on international standards such as DAMA/ DMBOK, DCAM, ISO 38500, COBIT, and other relevant frameworks, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of data governance management.
Requirements
Education in fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of experience in D&A, Risk Management, or Data Governance.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, SCALA, etc.
Experience in defining data governance policies and models.
Experience in designing and implementing Data Quality controls and data testing.

Como Manager - Data Technology Risk serás responsable de liderar proyectos estratégicos para la revisión y auditoría de modelos de gobierno, control interno y cumplimiento regulatorio del dato. Asimismo, participarás en la definición de acciones de mejora y en el asesoramiento continuo a grandes clientes con el fin de contribuir al cumplimiento de los requerimientos regulatorios de gestión de dato.
Colaborarás estrechamente con Directores de Tecnología, Directores de Riesgos, Chief Data Officers, Líderes de Innovación y Negocio, etc. asegurando la gestión efectiva de riesgos asociados a la gestión de información.

Realizarás, entre otras, las siguientes funciones:
Liderar la definición, establecimiento y revisión de modelos de gobierno del dato que se alineen con las estrategias organizativas y los objetivos de negocio.
Validar los controles existentes en el ámbito de la gobernanza de datos, evaluando el diseño, implementación y efectividad de los controles establecidos.
Participar en el desarrollo comercial del equipo de Analytics dentro del ámbito FSO / Assurance.
Supervisar proyectos que impliquen la definición e implementación de cuadros de mando (Power BI, Microstrategy, Qlik).
Realizar pruebas automatizadas utilizando técnicas de auditoría asistida por computadora (CAAT) y herramientas informáticas como ACL, IDEA, Alteryx, entre otras, para verificar el funcionamiento, cálculos, integridad y consistencia de los procesos de negocio.
Emitir recomendaciones de mejora a partir de los resultados obtenidos, indicando a nuestros clientes cómo pueden subsanar sus debilidades y mejorar los controles.

Requisitos
