At Adecco Selección we have a great opportunity as a shift maintenance technician so you can make the change you are looking for.
You will join the team of an important multinational company located in Arévalo in the food sector, to maintain all the equipment and facilities of the plant.
Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, your duties will be:
-Carry out all repairs that arise during the shift.
-Identification and correction of deviations observed in the standard performance of the equipment.
-Performance of scheduled preventive maintenance work or "off-line" repairs.
-In collaboration with the Area technical manager, organize, supervise and execute preventive plans, measuring their effectiveness.
-Analysis of breakdowns and significant incidents.
-Participation in daily and weekly maintenance meetings and in improvement groups and plant engineering projects.

Te incorporarás en el equipo de una importante multinacional situada en Arévalo del sector alimentación, para mantener todos los equipos e instalaciones de la planta.
Dependiendo de el/la Coordinador/a de mantenimiento, tus funciones serán:
-Llevar a cabo todas las reparaciones que surjan durante el turno.
-Identificación y Corrección de las desviaciones observadas en el rendimiento estándar de los equipos.
-Realización de trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo programado o reparaciones "fuera de Línea".
-En colaboración con el/la responsable técnico/a de Área organizar, supervisar y ejecutar los planes preventivos midiendo la eficacia de los mismos.
-Análisis de averías e incidencias de importancia.
-Participación en reuniones diarias y semanales de mantenimiento y en grupos de mejora y proyectos de ingeniería de la planta.
-Análisis y seguimiento de KPIs de mantenimiento del turno.
- Contrato estable directamente con la empresa
- Turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche de Lunes a Domingo, con descansos establecidos y rotaciones que facilitan la conciliación.
- Trabajar en un equipo dinámico y profesional.
- 25.000 - 30.000 € brutos anuales + 6% bonus + 18% subida de salario por turnicidad.
- Formación de FP II o Grado en ramas técnicos/as, mantenimiento industrial, mecatrónica, automatización
- Conocimientos y experiencia en programación de
PLC´s
