Gestionar y liderar el equipo de mantenimiento (técnicos/as, oficiales, personal de refuerzo en picos de campaña), incluyendo turnos, formación y evaluación del desempeño.
Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de riego automatizado, fertiirrigación y control climático, críticos para la viabilidad de las plantas.
Mantener en óptimas condiciones la maquinaria de líneas de siembra, repicado, alveolado y manipulación de bandejas (dosificadoras de sustrato, sembradoras neumáticas/mecánicos/as, cintas transportadoras).
Coordinar con producción y el área técnica/agronómica para ajustar el mantenimiento a los calendarios de siembra y ciclos de cultivo.
Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en todas las intervenciones.
Gestionar el mantenimiento de sistemas neumáticos, hidráulicos, eléctricos y electromecánicos/as de las instalaciones.
Coordinar con proveedores/as y servicios técnicos/as externos para reparaciones, repuestos y calibración de equipos especializados (sensores climáticos, sondas, sistemas de control).
Elaborar informes técnicos/as, indicadores (KPIs) de mantenimiento y proponer planes de mejora continua.
Gestionar el stock de repuestos y recambios críticos, anticipando necesidades antes de cada campaña de siembra.
Participar en proyectos de mejora, automatización de invernaderos (control climático, riego de precisión) e implantación de nuevos equipos.
