What you'll do

Organize and thoroughly monitor the team of sign-language users, both in daily routine activities and in the event of incidents or shortcomings that may arise.

Controlar el cumplimiento de tareas y procurar implicarse en las funciones para conseguir la fidelización de los equipos y su rápido aprendizaje en manejo de la máquina de recogepedidos, preparación de pedidos, picking.
Liderar con capacidad de mediación y saber implementar en su rutina diaria herramientas informáticas para hacer seguimiento y registros de la actividad.
