As the person in charge of Full Funnel Marketing
Your role will be:
Campaign execution and management: Lead generation of MQLs and MRR growth targets for the Physicians segment in Spain (Premium Agenda and Noa Notes), taking responsibility for MRR growth objectives.
Lifecycle management: Orchestrate the physician customer lifecycle end-to-end, from acquisition and MQL-to-MAL conversion, through onboarding (onboarding), activation, expansion, and long-term retention.
Multichannel execution: Design and execute multichannel automation flows and data-driven targeted campaigns (email, WhatsApp, Beamer, SMS, etc.), balancing engagement (engagement) with sophisticated contact frequency management.
Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for the Physicians segment in Spain regarding LG and CM activities, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Customer Care, and Local Expansion teams to ensure a unified customer experience.

Como responsable del Full funnel de Marketing
Tu rol será:
Ejecución y gestión de campañas: Liderar la generación de MQL y las metas de MRR por expansión para el segmento de Médicos en España (Agenda Premium y Noa Notes), asumiendo la responsabilidad de los objetivos de crecimiento de MRR por expansión.
Gestión del ciclo de vida: Orquestar de principio a fin el ciclo de vida del cliente médico, desde la adquisición y conversión de MAL a MQL, hasta la incorporación (onboarding), activación, expansión y fidelización a largo plazo.
Ejecución multicanal: Diseñar y ejecutar flujos de automatización multicanal y campañas dirigidas basadas en datos (correo electrónico, WhatsApp, Beamer, SMS, etc.), equilibrando la interacción (engagement) con una gestión sofisticada de la frecuencia de contacto.
Colaboración transversal: Actuar como el punto de contacto principal para el segmento de Médicos en España en lo relativo a actividades de LG y CM, alineándose estrechamente con Ventas, Servicio al Cliente, Atención al Cliente y los equipos de Expansión local para garantizar una experiencia de cliente unificada.
Estrategia de lo global a lo local: Colaborar con los equipos globales de Marketing para adaptar los marcos de trabajo (frameworks) globales, ajustando las estrategias de segmentación y automatización a las particularidades del mercado local.
Marketing integrado y de embudo completo (Full-Funnel): Colaborar con los equipos de Web, Contenidos, Eventos y Medios Pagados (Paid Media) para lanzar programas e iniciativas de marketing cohesionados de embudo completo -incluyendo seminarios web (webinars), contenido para el blog y otras actividades de generación de demanda e interacción- que impulsen y mejoren la experiencia del médico.
Optimización de procesos: Identificar e implementar de forma proactiva mejoras en los flujos de trabajo existentes y en la calidad de los datos, aprovechando los análisis (insights) para impulsar la eficiencia operativa y lograr un impacto medible en las campañas.
