We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our innovative technology team in Madrid. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will architect, implement, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure solutions for our rapidly growing enterprise. You will lead the migration of legacy systems to cloud environments, optimize deployment pipelines, and establish best practices for infrastructure as code across our organization.
We're looking for a talented DevOps professional with 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management. You should be passionate about automation, possess deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. Your expertise in building resilient, scalable systems combined with your ability to mentor junior engineers makes you the perfect fit for our growing platform team. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges.
This is an on-site, Full-time position based in Madrid. We require fluency in English and Spanish for internal and client communication. Must be willing to participate in on-call rotations for critical infrastructure support. Background in financial services, e-commerce, or telecommunications is highly valued. We are looking for someone who can start immediately or within two weeks.
