The role

We are looking for a Lead Data Platform & Technical Office to lead the definition and implementation of a Data Technical Office, oriented towards the governance, evolution, and industrialization of an enterprise Data Platform.

⚠️ Important: we are not looking for a purely technical profile or a traditional Data Engineer. We are looking for real experience in platform governance, definition of operating models, and coordination between multiple technical teams.

The selected person will lead the definition and rollout of a Data Technical Office, working under Platform Engineering and DataOps principles.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Define the operating model of the Data Platform.

  • Design the service catalog and governance model.

  • Define RACI, processes, and responsibilities.

  • Establish the evolutionary roadmap of the platform.

  • Coordinate with Operations, Architecture, and Development teams.

  • Drive the industrialization and evolution of a shared platform.

  • Work with multiple development teams and technical stakeholders.

  • Promote best practices in DataOps, Platform Engineering, CI/CD, observability, and FinOps.
