Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Define and deliver long-term roadmaps that advance clients' data maturity and align directly with their business objectives.
Lead Pitches & New Business: Support business development by crafting compelling value propositions, creating assets, and presenting technical expertise during pitches.
Facilitate Client Workshops: Run cross-functional business workshops, translating complex technical frameworks into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
Craft Insight Narratives: Leverage data analysis and visualizations to build compelling marketing narratives that guide client budgeting and media decisions.
Champion Tech Innovation: Advocate for cutting-edge solutions (such as machine learning and advanced data solutions) to optimize client business performance.
Establish Client Governance: Implement regular performance reviews, roadmap meetings, and strategic business reviews in collaboration with client-servicing teams.
Apply Strategic Frameworks: Utilize structured techniques (e.g., SWOT, SCQA) to deeply understand client organizations and deliver tailored, evidence-backed proposals.
Oversee Project Quality: Manage project scopes, timelines, and milestones efficiently, while reviewing deliverables and guiding technical execution alongside junior profiles and data engineers.
