Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Financial Controlling, Reporting, or FP&A.
Strong accounting knowledge and experience supporting month-end close activities.
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with SAP is a plus.
Knowledge of Hyperion or other reporting/consolidation tools is considered a strong plus.
Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent) is essential.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Resumen

An international company operating in the entertainment industry is looking for a Junior Financial Reporting & Controlling Analyst to join its Finance team in Madrid. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and business decision-making processes.

At least 1 year of experience in Financial Controlling, Reporting, or FP&A.
Long-term temporary contract with potential for permanent hire.

Descripción

The chosen person will be responsible of the following tasks:

Support the month-end closing process for multiple group entities.
Perform account analysis and reconciliations in line with corporate accounting policies.
Prepare, monitor and analyze profit and loss statements by project, business unit and joint ventures.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting for the Group headquarters.
Generate and distribute management reports for Finance, Sales, Marketing and other business functions.
Support cash management activities and operating cash flow analysis.
Collaborate on ad hoc financial analysis and business projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency, process optimization and automation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business performance.
