What you'll do

Conduct technical, economic, and financial analysis of clients and sectors to identify and assess risks.
Assign risk limits in accordance with the entity's internal policies.
Prepare credit ratings using internal models.
Analyze, evaluate, and approve risk transactions.
Proactively detect potential deteriorations in clients' credit quality.
Prepare and present transactions to Rating Forums and Risk Committees.
Monitor and control the assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with limits, deadlines, and internal procedures.
Ensure that business and risk considerations are aligned with authorized limits.
Maintain fluid communication with different areas of the organization for proper interdepartmental management.
Participate in projects and processes within an international and multicultural environment.

How you'll work

Fixed-term contract for maternity leave coverage until 06/03/2027.
Annual gross salary: €21,379.07.
Full-time.
Office hours from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, or equivalent qualification.
Specialization in Financial Analysis and Accounting or in Financial and Institutional Markets.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis and accounting.
Knowledge of the banking sector and other financial institutions.
Knowledge of complex financing structures and other specific investment banking products.
In-depth knowledge of credit analysis and the main metrics used in this field.
High level of English.
Knowledge of French, German, Italian, and Portuguese will be valued.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other specific IT tools.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate.

What you'll do

Realizar análisis técnico, económico y financiero de clientes y sectores para identificar y evaluar riesgos.
Asignar límites de riesgo de acuerdo con las políticas internas de la entidad.
Elaborar ratings crediticios utilizando modelos internos.
Analizar, evaluar y admitir operaciones de riesgo.
Detectar de forma proactiva posibles deterioros en la calidad crediticia de los clientes.
Preparar y presentar operaciones ante Foros de Ratings y Comités de Riesgos.
Realizar el seguimiento y control de la cartera asignada, garantizando el cumplimiento de límites, plazos y procedimientos internos.
Asegurar que las consideraciones de negocio y riesgo se encuentren alineadas con los límites autorizados.
Mantener una comunicación fluida con diferentes áreas de la organización para una adecuada gestión interdepartamental.
Participar en proyectos y procesos dentro de un entorno internacional y multicultural.

Requisitos

Licenciatura o Grado en Ciencias Económicas, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o titulación equivalente.
Especialización en Análisis Financiero y Contabilidad o en Mercados Financieros e Instituciones.
Amplios conocimientos de análisis financiero y contabilidad.
Conocimiento del sector bancario y de otras entidades financieras.
Conocimiento de estructuras complejas de financiación y otros productos específicos de banca de inversión.
Conocimiento profundo de análisis de crédito y de las principales métricas utilizadas en este ámbito.
Nivel alto de inglés.
Se valorarán conocimientos de francés, alemán, italiano y portugués.
Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office y otras herramientas informáticas específicas.
Capacidad para trabajar con plazos ajustados y gestionar múltiples prioridades.
Elevada capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle y capacidad de anticipación.
Habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación.
