What you'll do

The Junior Finance Analyst will be responsible, among other functions, for:

Collaborating with different business areas at the local level.
Preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly reports on sales and operating expenses (both brand investment and structural costs) for business units and other departments.
Ensuring the accuracy of the monthly financial close in collaboration with the accounting team.
Providing support in the preparation of operating procedures, regulatory compliance, and internal audit requirements.
Continuously identifying efficiencies and new opportunities for improvement.
Providing financial information that contributes to the company's growth, profitability, and integrity.
Supporting ongoing projects and collaborating with financial stakeholders both within and outside Innovative Medicines Spain (IM Spain).

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or a related field.
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with different levels of the organization, both locally and internationally.

What you'll do

El Junior Finance Analyst será responsable, entre otras funciones, de:

Preparar y analizar informes mensuales y trimestrales de ventas y gastos operativos (tanto de inversión por marca como de costes estructurales) para las unidades de negocio y otros departamentos.
Garantizar la exactitud del cierre financiero mensual en colaboración con el equipo de contabilidad.
Dar soporte en la preparación de procedimientos operativos, cumplimiento normativo y requerimientos de auditoría interna.
Identificar continuamente eficiencias y nuevas oportunidades de mejora.
Proporcionar información financiera que contribuya al crecimiento, la rentabilidad y la integridad de la compañía.
Apoyar proyectos en curso y colaborar con interlocutores financieros tanto dentro como fuera de Innovative Medicines Spain (IM Spain).
