H10 Hotels is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Technician specializing in Google Ads to join our team at our head offices in Barcelona. Alignment with Revenue Management: applying campaigns and offers to adapt bids, budgets, and acquisition strategies according to occupancy levels, seasonality, and hotel offerings.
Data Analysis and Reporting: daily monitoring of business KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and revenue generated) through Google Analytics 4 and creating visual dashboards in Data Studio.
Creativity and Messaging: writing attractive ad copies and coordinating the production of the visual assets needed for Display and Performance Max campaigns, ensuring H10 Hotels branding.
Tracking Audit: ensuring the correct measurement of conversion events and website behavior tracking (supporting Google Tag Manager management).

What we're looking for

Between 1 and 3 years of proven experience managing conversion-oriented Google Ads campaigns (eCommerce).
Advanced proficiency in the Google Ads platform and digital analytics (Google Analytics 4).
Practical experience with automation strategies and smart bidding (Smart Bidding).
A strongly analytical mindset, focused on data and channel profitability.
Knowledge of tagging and measurement logic (Google Tag Manager).

Job description

H10 Hotels busca un/a Técnico/a de Marketing Digital especializado en Google Ads para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en las oficinas centrales de Barcelona. En este rol, se encargará de ejecutar las campañas de Paid Search a nivel global, con el objetivo de maximizar la venta directa y optimizar el retorno de la inversión (ROAS) de nuestro portfolio hotelero en Europa.

Trabajará en un entorno dinámico, analítico y en constante evolución, colaborando estrechamente con las áreas de Ecommerce.

Responsabilidades principales:

Gestión y Optimización de Campañas: ejecución, seguimiento y optimización del día a día de las campañas de Paid Media en Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube y especialmente Google Hotel Ads).
Eficiencia Presupuestaria: asistencia en la gestión del presupuesto asignado, distribuyendo la inversión de forma eficiente por mercados emisores, destinos y propiedades hoteleras.
Alineación con Revenue Management: aplicar campañas y ofertas para adaptar las pujas, presupuestos y estrategias de captación según los niveles de ocupación, estacionalidad y ofertas de la cadena.
Análisis de Datos y Reporting: monitorizar diariamente los KPIs de negocio (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversión y revenue generado) a través de Google Analytics 4 y confeccionar cuadros de mando visuales en Data Studio.
Creatividad y Mensaje: redactar copies atractivos y coordinar la producción de los assets visuales necesarios para las campañas de Display y PMax, garantizando el branding de H10 Hotels.
Auditoría de Tracking: asegurar la correcta medición de los eventos de conversión y el tracking de comportamiento en la web (apoyo en la gestión con Google Tag Manager).
