Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the platform effectively
Complete user profiles within the platform (Teaser)
Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Support in preparing corporate documentation
Conduct the first meeting with the client
Resolve problems, doubts, and concerns of subscribed clients
Expand and renew accounts, reducing churn
Maintain records and update the CRM
Provide ongoing support to the business department in finding target investors and driving opportunities
Degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration
Excellent communication skills
Experience in a similar role is valued
Experience in the financial and/or fintech sector would be a plus
Languages: native Spanish and native Catalan, intermediate English

Estamos buscando un perfil de Account Executive para potenciar la retención de la cartera de clientes en Deale.
Guiar a los nuevos clientes a través del proceso de onboarding, asegurándose de que comprenden cómo utilizar la plataforma de manera efectiva
Completar el perfil de los usuarios dentro de la plataforma (Teaser)
Garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes y crear relaciones a largo plazo
Soporte en la realización documentación corporativa
Realización de la primera reunión con el cliente
Resolución de problemas, dudas e inquietudes de los clientes suscritos
Expansión y renovación de cuentas, reduciendo el churn
Mantenimiento de registros y actualización del CRM
Ayuda continua al departamento de negocio a la hora de buscar inversores target y dinamizar oportunidades
Licenciatura en Derecho, Economía o Administración de Empresas
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
Valorable experiencia en un rol similar
Experiencia en el sector financiero y/o fintech sería un plus
Idiomas: español nativo y catalán nativo, inglés intermediate
