The interview process for this role consists of three stages:
Initial screening - Introductory 30-minute call with a recruiter.
First interview - 30-minute video call with the Hiring Manager.

As a Junior Content Marketing Specialist, you will become a key member of our Inbound & Content function within the Marketing team.
You will create and distribute content across multiple formats and channels, including blog articles, whitepapers, lead magnets, webinars, newsletters, and social media. You will also support the management of Refinery89's social media presence and help turn industry topics and insights into engaging content that builds brand awareness and supports lead generation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, researching new topics, working across different formats, and managing multiple content initiatives from idea to execution.
You will work closely with the wider Marketing team to execute the content calendar, support webinars and external collaborations, and identify new opportunities to grow our audience.
• Create and adapt content across different formats, including blog articles, whitepapers, reports, case studies, lead magnets, newsletters, and webinar content.
• Research AdTech, digital advertising, publishing, and industry trends to identify relevant topics and develop engaging content.
• Write and publish SEO-friendly content for our WordPress blog.
• Repurpose existing content across different formats and channels.
• Support the planning and execution of webinars and other content-led initiatives.
• Help create lead magnets and other gated content designed to attract and engage relevant audiences.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify content opportunities that can support lead generation.
• Manage Refinery89's social media accounts and execute the content calendar.
• Create and adapt content for different social media platforms.
• Support community management and social listening.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and audience growth.
• Create simple visual assets and social media materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Repurpose and distribute high-value content across relevant channels, including social media, Reddit, newsletters, and Google Business.
• Build and maintain a database of relevant external collaboration opportunities, including podcasts, webinars, and industry initiatives.
• Coordinate the logistics of external content collaborations and ensure smooth execution.
• Hands-on experience creating different types of content, such as blog articles, articles, whitepapers, webinars, lead magnets, or similar content formats.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating content for social platforms.
• Minimum C1 level of spoken English, with strong written English skills.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics and turn information into clear, engaging content.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content initiatives and deadlines.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about new topics, formats, and channels.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00-18:00 · Friday 9:00-17:00
Language: Minimum C1 level of spoken English required, with strong written English skills.
