The role

We are looking for a professional for the position of IT Support Junior in the Retail sector, located in Madrid. The main objective will be to provide technical support in the technology field to ensure the correct functioning of the computer systems.

What you'll do

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal users.
  • Resolve incidents related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and peripherals.
  • Ensure the correct functioning of the systems and applications used by the company.
  • Document procedures and technical solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other technology teams to implement improvements and updates.
