What does the Unit do?
The Technical Services Department of the Hydraulic Production Unit UPH Ebro-Pyrenees performs tasks in mechanical, electrical, automation, telecontrol, and maintenance areas.
Junior (0-2 years of experience)
• You will discover firsthand how the mechanical, electrical, automation, telecontrol, and maintenance areas work that support the hydroelectric power plants in the Pyrenees region.
• You will collaborate with the technical team on real tasks with a training focus, such as preparing technical specifications, analyzing and resolving failures, and planning and executing predictive maintenance.
• You will be introduced to predictive maintenance through the collection and analysis of vibrations, comparing the results with historical data to detect trends and support equipment diagnostics.
• You will be able to attend supplier workshops and learn how quality controls are performed on key equipment, such as hydroelectric turbines.
You will gain a practical and comprehensive view of the operation of a Technical Services Department and its role in supporting hydroelectric production. You will learn how mechanical, electrical, automation, telecontrol, and maintenance disciplines are coordinated to ensure the reliability of the facilities.
In addition, you will develop analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills, and you will gain a cross-sectional view of the hydroelectric production process and the technical services that make it possible.

Las becas de Endesa tienen una duración de 9 meses. Constan de dos partes, una Formación Práctica en la Empresa y una Formación Académica.
La Formación Práctica en la Empresa tendrá una jornada completa de lunes a viernes, un periodo de descanso de 17 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la Formación Académica: Máster en Gestión Organizacional, Competencias Clave y Analítica de Datos, de la Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS), en formato online, cuyo objetivo principal es el aprendizaje y la mejora del perfil competencial.

¿Qué hace la Unidad?
Departamento de Servicios Técnicos de la Unidad de producción Hidráulica UPH Ebro-Pirineos, desarrolla labores en áreas mecánicas, eléctricas, automatismos, telecontrol y sistemas de mantenimiento.
Júnior (0-2 años de experiencia)
• Descubrirás de primera mano cómo trabajan las áreas mecánica, eléctrica, de automatización, telecontrol y mantenimiento que dan soporte a las centrales hidroeléctricas de la zona Pirineos.
• Colaborarás con el equipo técnico en tareas reales y con enfoque formativo, como la elaboración de especificaciones técnicas, el análisis y la resolución de averías, y la planificación y ejecución del mantenimiento predictivo.
• Te iniciarás en el mantenimiento predictivo mediante la toma y el análisis de vibraciones, comparando los resultados con datos históricos para detectar tendencias y apoyar el diagnóstico de los equipos.
• Podrás asistir a talleres de proveedores y conocer cómo se realizan los controles de calidad de equipos clave, como las turbinas hidroeléctricas.
Adquirirás una visión práctica e integral del funcionamiento de un departamento de Servicios Técnicos y de su papel en el soporte a la producción hidroeléctrica. Aprenderás cómo se coordinan las disciplinas mecánicas, eléctrica, de automatización, telecontrol y mantenimiento para garantizar la fiabilidad de las instalaciones.
Además, desarrollarás capacidad de análisis, organización y trabajo en equipo, y obtendrás una visión transversal del proceso de producción hidroeléctrica y de los servicios técnicos que lo hacen posible.
