About the role

Desde Prosegur buscamos un/a becario/a para nuestro equipo de Microinformática en el área de IT. La vacante se ubicará en Barcelona.

What you'll do

Aprender a configurar equipos dentro de un entorno empresarial corporativo mediante autopilot, SCCM y Azure Intune.
Instalar aplicaciones de negocio y de ofimática, además de todas las configuraciones dentro del workplace en Prosegur.
Aprender todo el ciclo de vida de una petición de usuario o de una incidencia, desde que entra en la herramienta de ticket hasta que se da por resuelta.
Configuración de cuentas de correo, de Windows 10, de elementos software y hardware y atención de solicitudes de nivel 1 que no puedan ser resueltas por el CAU.

¿Qué buscamos de ti?

Grado medio o superior en microinformática, sistemas y/o similares.
No requiere experiencia.
Residencia en Coruña.
Valoración muy positiva de conocimientos o certificaciones de Microsoft en su troncal Modern Workplace, por ejemplo, Azure Fundamentals.
