What does the Unit do?

• Management of distribution network failures, incidents, and emergency situations, as well as maintenance tasks.
• Participate in defining the needs plan for the MT-BT network by identifying needs and work proposals to be carried out.
• Manage the MT-BT network budget assigned to your unit.
• Learning activities derived from the management of the Distribution Network within your scope of action, in accordance with current procedures and legislation.
• Teaching and learning in the activity of managing resources, materials, and contractors dedicated to works and maintenance tasks of the MT-BT network, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards of the works and tasks within your management scope.

Endesa scholarships have a duration of 9 months. They consist of two parts: Practical Training within the Company and Academic Training.
The Practical Training within the Company will involve a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, a rest period of 17 working days per year, and a study allowance of €900 gross. In parallel, the Academic Training will take place: Master's Degree in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics, from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), in online format, whose main objective is learning and the enhancement of the competency profile.

¿Qué hace la Unidad?
• En la Unidad Territorial se hacen trabajos como programar, controlar y asegurar la correcta ejecución y gestión integral de obras, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas y criterios de seguridad, calidad y medioambiente de las mismas.
• Gestión de averías de la red de Distribución, incidentes y situaciones de emergencia, así como tareas de mantenimiento.
• Participar en la definición del plan de necesidades de la red de MT-BT identificando necesidades y propuestas de trabajo a realizar.
• Gestionar el presupuesto de Red MT-BT asignado a su unidad."
• Aprendizaje de actividades propias derivadas de la gestión de la Red de Distribución en su ámbito de actuación, de acuerdo con los procedimientos y Legislación vigentes.
• Enseñanza y aprendizaje en la actividad de gestionar recursos, materiales y contratistas dedicados a obras y tareas de mantenimiento de la red de MT-BT asegurando el cumplimiento de normas y criterios de seguridad, calidad y medioambiente de las obras y trabajos de su ámbito de gestión.

Las becas de Endesa tienen una duración de 9 meses. Constan de dos partes, una Formación Práctica en la Empresa y una Formación Académica.
La Formación Práctica en la Empresa tendrá una jornada completa de lunes a viernes, un periodo de descanso de 17 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la Formación Académica: Máster en Gestión Organizacional, Competencias Clave y Analítica de Datos, de la Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS), en formato online, cuyo objetivo principal es el aprendizaje y la mejora del perfil competencial.
