● Schedule: Hybrid - 35 hours per week
● Work center in Spain: Seville. Avda de la Borbolla nº 5
Endesa scholarships have a duration of 9 months. They consist of two parts: Practical Training within the Company and Academic Training.
The Practical Training within the Company will involve a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, a rest period of 17 working days per year, and a study allowance of €900 gross. In parallel, the Academic Training will take place: Master's Degree in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics, from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), in online format, whose main objective is learning and the enhancement of the competency profile.

The AT projects unit performs economic assessments (budgets) and projects for the actions to be carried out in AT installations (SE and LAT) to meet the needs motivated both by the client and by their own investment. The unit is national, with local team distribution.

• Definición de materiales y necesidades de protecciones, control y comunicaciones asociadas.
La beca está orientada a perfiles de Ingeniería Eléctrica y/o Industrial. Y se valorarán perfiles con Máster Ingeniería Industrial / Máster MBA.
Prácticas en ENDESA, Programa SWING:
● Ayuda de estudio de 900,00 € brutos mensuales.
● Horario: Híbrido - Jornada 35 horas semanales
● Centro de trabajo en España: Sevilla. Avda de la Borbolla nº 5
Las becas de Endesa tienen una duración de 9 meses. Constan de dos partes, una Formación Práctica en la Empresa y una Formación Académica.
La Formación Práctica en la Empresa tendrá una jornada completa de lunes a viernes, un periodo de descanso de 17 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la Formación Académica: Máster en Gestión Organizacional, Competencias Clave y Analítica de Datos, de la Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS), en formato online, cuyo objetivo principal es el aprendizaje y la mejora del perfil competencial.
