In parallel, the Academic Training will take place: Master's Degree in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics, from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), in online format, whose main objective is learning and the enhancement of the competency profile.

The Substations Badajoz unit is part of the High Voltage area in Endesa. This unit is responsible for carrying out the following tasks in the substations of the province of Badajoz, among others:
• Maintenance of the substations.
• Management of the various regulations applicable to the substations (Waste, Light Pollution, PCI, etc.).
• Management of the various contractors.
• Technological adaptations.
• Adaptation of new regulations.
• Installation of new elements.
• Management and execution of various plans.
• Management of the necessary materials.
This unit currently consists of 8 members with the following profiles:
- 1 Substations Badajoz Manager.
- 4 Technical Managers.

Las becas de Endesa tienen una duración de 9 meses. Constan de dos partes, una Formación Práctica en la Empresa y una Formación Académica.
La Formación Práctica en la Empresa tendrá una jornada completa de lunes a viernes, un periodo de descanso de 17 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la Formación Académica: Máster en Gestión Organizacional, Competencias Clave y Analítica de Datos, de la Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS), en formato online, cuyo objetivo principal es el aprendizaje y la mejora del perfil competencial.

La unidad de Subestaciones Badajoz se encuentra dentro del área de Alta Tensión en Endesa. Esta unidad se encarga de la realización de las siguientes tareas en las subestaciones de la provincia de Badajoz entre otras:
• Mantenimiento de las subestaciones.
• Gestión de las distintas normativas aplicables a las subestaciones (Residuos, Contaminación Lumínica, PCI, etc).
• Gestión de los distintos contratistas.
• Adecuaciones tecnológicas.
• Adaptación de nuevas normativas.
• Instalación de nuevos elementos.
• Gestión y ejecución de distintos planes.
• Gestión de los materiales necesarios.
Esta unidad se compone actualmente de 8 miembros con los siguientes perfiles:
- 1 Responsable de Subestaciones Badajoz.
- 4 Técnicos Gestores.
