Las becas de Endesa tienen una duración de 9 meses. Constan de dos partes, una Formación Práctica en la Empresa y una Formación Académica.
La Formación Práctica en la Empresa tendrá una jornada completa de lunes a viernes, un periodo de descanso de 17 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la Formación Académica: Máster en Gestión Organizacional, Competencias Clave y Analítica de Datos, de la Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS), en formato online, cuyo objetivo principal es el aprendizaje y la mejora del perfil competencial.

Trabajamos de forma transversal en estrategia, operación y desarrollo de producto, desempeñando un papel clave en la transición energética.
La persona se integrará en un equipo multidisciplinar que desarrolla soluciones innovadoras de gestión de la demanda energética, contribuyendo a la transición energética y a la eficiencia del sistema eléctrico.
Durante la beca, tendrá la oportunidad de participar en diferentes ámbitos del negocio de Flexibilidad, adquiriendo una visión integral del sector:
- Análisis de mercados y regulación: apoyo en el seguimiento de los mercados de flexibilidad y del marco regulatorio, contribuyendo a la elaboración de materiales internos.
- Desarrollo de producto y mejora de procesos: colaboración en iniciativas orientadas a la optimización de procesos (onboarding de clientes, participación en subastas, operación de servicios).
- Soporte al negocio B2B: preparación de materiales comerciales y apoyo en la formación a equipos comerciales.
- Gestión operativa de clientes: participación en el seguimiento de la cartera de clientes, incluyendo procesos de alta, soporte y reporting.
- Análisis de datos y reporting: soporte en la elaboración de informes y seguimiento de indicadores clave del servicio.
Interés por el sector energético y, especialmente, por los mercados eléctricos.
