¿Cuál será tu misión?
Serás la persona responsable de coordinar la actividad diaria del taller, gestionar al equipo de mecánicos/as y garantizar la calidad de las reparaciones y mantenimientos realizados sobre vehículos industriales.
La incorporación se realizará de forma progresiva junto al actual responsable de taller, con el objetivo de facilitar la adaptación al puesto y asumir posteriormente el liderazgo del equipo en unas nuevas instalaciones que se encuentran actualmente en construcción.
Funciones principales
- Planificar, coordinar y supervisar la actividad diaria del taller.
- Gestionar y liderar un equipo de aproximadamente 6 mecánicos/as.
- Organizar cargas de trabajo, prioridades y tiempos de reparación.
- Supervisar diagnósticos, mantenimientos y reparaciones de vehículos industriales (autocares, furgonetas, camiones).
- Dar soporte técnico/a al equipo en incidencias complejas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
- Participar en la formación y desarrollo técnico del personal.
- Colaborar en la puesta en marcha y organización del nuevo taller.

¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia mínima de 10 años en mecánico/a de vehículo industrial.
Experiencia previa gestionando equipos o coordinando talleres.
Muy valorable experiencia en servicios oficiales o talleres vinculados a marcas de vehículo industrial.
Conocimientos de diagnosis electrónico/a y nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a la automoción industrial.
Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y toma de decisiones.
Persona responsable, comprometida y con visión a largo plazo.
Interés por la formación continua y el/la actualización técnico/a.
Carnet de conducir B imprescindible.
Muy valorable disponer de carnet de camión y/o autobús.
Contrato indefinido.
