• Support the project to implement a 3D printer in the plant, helping to define and document the complete workflow: from identifying needs to designing, printing, validating, and using parts or tools in an industrial environment.
• Design and adapt 3D models in Fusion 360 to manufacture aids, tools, prototypes, and support parts for maintenance, production, and spare parts management.
• Collaborate with the maintenance, engineering, and production teams to identify opportunities where 3D printing can improve response times, tool availability, or resolution of technical issues.
• Create a simple and replicable methodology for requesting, prioritizing, designing, printing, testing, and registering parts manufactured using 3D printing.
• Ensure that the proposed designs meet the safety, quality, hygiene, and usage criteria required in the plant.
• Document learnings, standards, printing parameters, materials used, and best practices to consolidate the 3D printing process in the factory.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the project, proposing new applications for 3D printing for tools, fixtures, supports, non-critical spare parts, and support solutions for the production lines.

Regarding the profile, we are looking for someone...

• A student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Development, or a similar technical degree.
• Practical knowledge of Fusion 360 or equivalent 3D CAD design software.
• Experience generating models ready for 3D printing will be valued.
• A genuine interest in 3D design, additive manufacturing, prototyping, and solving practical technical problems.

• Dar soporte al proyecto de implantación de una impresora 3D en planta, ayudando a definir y documentar el flujo completo de trabajo: desde la identificación de necesidades hasta el diseño, impresión, validación y uso de piezas o herramientas en entorno industrial.
• Diseñar y adaptar modelos 3D en Fusion 360 para fabricar útiles, herramientas, prototipos y piezas de apoyo para mantenimiento, producción y gestión de spare parts.
• Colaborar con los equipos de mantenimiento, ingeniería y producción para identificar oportunidades donde la impresión 3D pueda mejorar tiempos de respuesta, disponibilidad de herramientas o resolución de problemas técnicos.
• Crear una metodología sencilla y replicable para solicitar, priorizar, diseñar, imprimir, probar y registrar piezas fabricadas mediante impresión 3D.
• Asegurar que los diseños y piezas propuestas cumplen los criterios de seguridad, calidad, higiene y uso requerido en planta.
• Documentar aprendizajes, estándares, parámetros de impresión, materiales utilizados y buenas prácticas para consolidar el proceso de impresión 3D en la fábrica.
• Particapar en la mejora continua del proyecto, proponiendo nuevas aplicaciones de impresión 3D para herramientas, utillajes, soportes, repuestos no críticos y soluciones de apoyo a las líneas.

• Estudiante o recién titulado/a en Ingeniería Industrial, Diseño Industrial, Fabricación Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Desarrollo de Producto, FP Superior técnica o similar.
• Conocimiento práctico de Fusion 360 o software equivalente de diseño CAD 3D.
• Se valorará experiencia generando modelos listos para impresión 3D.
• Interés real por el diseño 3D, la fabricación aditiva, el prototipado y la resolución práctica de problemas técnicos.
