En Krell Consulting buscamos un/a profesional Senior especializado/a en Contact Center y Genesys Cloud, con al menos 3 años de experiencia, para incorporarse a un proyecto de Indra Soluciones TI.

Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en automatización de procesos de atención al cliente, Genesys Cloud e Inteligencia Artificial, especialmente en la construcción e implementación de agentes de IA y en integraciones con sistemas externos.

• Diseño de automatizaciones de procesos de atención al cliente.
• Implementación y construcción de Agentes de IA con Genesys Cloud.
• Desarrollo de soluciones utilizando Genesys Dialog Engine y Genesys Virtual Agent.
• Implementación de integraciones mediante Genesys Data Actions.
• Integración de Genesys Cloud con sistemas de terceros como CRM y sistemas backend.
• Participación en iniciativas relacionadas con Inteligencia Artificial, LLM e IA Generativa.

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional.
• Experiencia Senior en Contact Center.
• Experiencia con Genesys Cloud.
• Experiencia en Genesys Dialog Engine.
• Experiencia en Genesys Virtual Agent.
• Conocimientos de Genesys Data Actions e integraciones con terceros.
• Conocimientos generales de Inteligencia Artificial, incluyendo LLM e IA Generativa.
• Se valorarán igualmente titulaciones de FP, grados o ciclos formativos de Grado Superior.
