In this role, your responsibilities will include

Supporting the management of import/export plans and processes to optimize service and performance.
Executing transactional operational activities related to import/export, in compliance with internal regulations and procedures.
Carrying out import/export entries and supporting operational activities according to internal procedures and the latest local customs regulations.
Processing, managing, distributing, and filing all required import/export documents.
Verifying invoices and shipping documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
Verifying entries to ensure customer requirements are met and suggesting routine corrective actions in case of deviations.
Ensuring that export, import, and entry operations comply with commercial guidelines and meet established expectations.
Performing tasks related to IT systems to provide up-to-date shipping information.
Working with internal functions such as customer service, product, sales, etc.
Coordinating with the overseas office to verify shipping information.
Identifying and resolving recurring issues and suggesting modifications to import/export working methods, with the aim of improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Realizar las entradas de importación/exportación y apoyar las actividades operativas según los procedimientos internos y las regulaciones aduaneras locales más recientes.
Procesar, gestionar, distribuir y archivar todos los documentos de importación/exportación requeridos.
Verificar facturas y documentos de envío para asegurar el cumplimiento con las regulaciones federales.
Verificar las entradas para asegurar que se cumplan los requisitos del cliente y sugerir acciones correctivas rutinarias en caso de desviaciones.
Asegurar que las operaciones de exportación, importación y entrada se ajusten a las directrices comerciales y cumplan con las expectativas establecidas.
