Job Description

Augusta Life Sciences Spain, S.L. is looking for a driven and experienced Flow Cytometry Application Specialist to offer expert technical support, training, and advice on our advanced scientific instruments and software solutions to clients throughout Spain. This position focuses on ensuring efficient product performance and customer happiness.

• Deliver extensive technical aid and fault analysis for Augusta Life Sciences products, involving hardware and software, across phone, email, and on-site support.
• Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and user training sessions for new and existing customers, ensuring a deep understanding of product functionalities and applications.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs, provide technical insights, and contribute to product development and improvement.
• Build and update technical documentation, FAQs, and training materials to improve customer self-service and support efficiency.
• Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on new technologies and market trends.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and propose solutions or product improvements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of instruments as required.

Salary range for this role 42000€ - 45000€

The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.

€41,900.00 - €67,025.00 EUR Annual

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology) or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with flow cytometry in a technical, field service, or application specialist role.
• Solid theoretical and hands-on understanding of laboratory methods and instruments pertinent to Augusta Life Sciences' product range (Cytometry).
• Fluent English level.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
