Multiasistencia is the operational unit of the Home Business Line of the Allianz Partners Group, playing a key role in providing assistance services and managing home claims for our customers. • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing professional and empathetic service.

• AI PREPARATION Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using information responsibly and respecting our data governance standards, security, and ethical use.

Start date in September. Temporary one-year contract, full-time, with morning shift (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) or afternoon shift (3 p.m. to 10 p.m.), Monday to Friday, and one Saturday or Sunday out of every three. Initial 2-week training included within the contract and paid. Salary: €17,828 gross per year (14 payments) plus quarterly bonus based on goal achievement.

• Essential experience in customer service in a Call Center, excellence in telephone service, we value experience or knowledge in home, commercial, and community insurance, as well as experience in call center roadside assistance, etc.
• Essential verbal fluency, organized and courteous communication, good command of office software and accustomed to handling high call volumes
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple services simultaneously, maintaining high quality standards.
• We are looking for profiles that are closer to customer service, dynamic, proactive, professional in their interactions, courteous, with active listening skills, and who enjoy dealing with policyholders.

Incorporación en septiembre. Contrato temporal de un año a jornada completa en turno de mañana (9 a 18h) o tarde (15 a 22h) de lunes a viernes y un sábado o domingo de cada tres. Formación inicial de 2 semanas dentro de contrato y retribuído. Salario: 17.828€ brutos anuales (14 pagas) y bonus trimestral por cumplimiento de objetivos.

• Imprescindible experiencia en Att al cliente en Call Center, Excelencia en la att telefónica, valoramos la experiencia o conocimientos de Seguros de hogar, comercio y comunidades, igual que la experiencia en call center en asistencia en carretera, etc.
• Imprescindible fluidez verbal, comunicación ordenada y educada, buen manejo de ofimática y acostumbrados a gestionar un alto volumen de llamadas
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar varios servicios simultáneamente, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.
• Buscamos perfiles que sean más cercanos a la att al cliente dinámicos, proactivos, con profesionalidad en su interlocución, educados, con escucha activa y que les guste el trato con el asegurado.
