ACCIONA, in its Construction business line, needs to hire a Highways and Bridges Construction Manager to work in its Specialized Business Unit based in Madrid.
Minimum requirements:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 15 years of experience, of which at least 7 in the area of design, technical assistance and construction of highways and bridges
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Advanced English (B2-C1)
- Geographic mobility and availability to travel.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience on international projects
- Experience in the execution of bridges and highways, earthworks, pavements, foundations
- Experience in concession projects
- Experience providing site support from engineering or technical departments of construction companies
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
- Experience with alignment design or structural calculation software

- Proporcionar soporte técnico-constructivo en el área de carreteras y puentes para el desarrollo de las ofertas y obras adjudicadas de gran envergadura internacional.

- plan de ejecución, programación, rendimientos de las unidades singulares de carreteras y puentes

- Soporte técnico a compras de elementos y equipos especializados de construcción de carreteras y puentes
- Asistencia a reuniones con clientes, diseñadores, subcontratistas/suministradores especializados
- Posibilidad de incorporarse al equipo de ejecución, una vez se adjudique alguna obra en estudio

ACCIONA, en su línea de negocio de Construcción, precisa incorporar Gerente de Construcción de Carreteras y Puentes para trabajar en su Unidad de Negocio Especializado con base en Madrid.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Máster en Ingeniería Civil
- Experiencia de al menos 15 años, de los cuales al menos 7 en el área de diseño, asistencia técnica y construcción de carreteras y puentes
- Experiencia en gestión de equipos multidisciplinares
Inglés alto (B2-C1)
- Disponibilidad geográfica y para viajar.
Se valorará:
- Experiencia previa en obras internacionales
- Experiencia en ejecución de puentes y carreteras, movimiento de tierras, pavimientos, cimentaciones
- Experiencia en proyectos de concesiones
- experiencia en soporte a obra desde ingenierías o departamentos técnicos de constructoras
- Conocimiento en programas de autocad civil 3D o similar
- Experiencia en software de trazado o cálculo de estructuras
