Objective: Manage customer service requests, analyzing each client's issue/need, resolving those within their scope of action and referring unresolved ones to the corresponding departments, maintaining high levels of customer service and quality of the service provided.
Functions:
Provide an appropriate response to all issues/needs that reach the Customer Service Center, processing the corresponding requests for consumables and technical assistance, informing or forwarding requested information to clients about invoices, credits, or any other matter within the service procedures, seeking to resolve them within established SLAs and with a high quality standard.
Handling incoming calls to the Inbound Customer Service and outgoing calls.
Report unresolved incidents to the company's Technical Service and/or the corresponding departments, escalating the issue through the computer tool intended for this purpose, reporting all the details, as well as
all client-related data regarding the case.
Follow up with clients, when necessary, via phone calls or emails to verify the proper resolution of questions/issues.
Prepare the monthly reports required according to procedure.
Perform and collaborate on other functions related to the position, even if not specifically listed in this description, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the department and according to the company's needs.
Disability certificate of 33% or higher is essential.
Intermediate vocational training in Administration or similar.
Academic education may be replaced by similar experience acquired in a job position.
Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Experience in customer service and/or call center positions is desirable.
Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
Advanced Outlook level.

Objetivo:Gestionar las solicitudes del Servicio de atención al cliente, analizando la problemática/necesidad de cada cliente, resolviendo aquellas que estén en su campo de actuación y derivando a las áreas correspondientes las no resueltas, manteniendo niveles altos de atención al cliente y de calidad del servicio prestado.
Funciones:
Ofrecer una respuesta adecuada a todas las problemáticas/necesidades que llegan al Centro de Servicios al Cliente, tramitando las correspondientes solicitudes de consumibles y asistencia técnica, informando o remitiendo la información solicitada a los clientes sobre facturas, abonos o cualquier otro asunto que esté dentro de los procedimientos del servicio, tratando de resolverlas dentro de SLA’s establecidos y con alto estándar de calidad.
Atención de llamadas entrantes al servicio Inbound de Atención al cliente y llamadas salientes.
Reportar al Servicio Técnico de la empresa y/o a los departamentos que corresponda, aquellas incidencias no resueltas, escalando el problema mediante la herramienta informática destinada para este cometido, informando de toda la casuística, así como de
todos los datos relativos al cliente en relación al caso.
Realizar un seguimiento de los clientes, cuando sea necesario, mediante llamadastelefónicas o mails para verificar la adecuada resolución de dudas/problemática.
Elaborar los informes mensuales requeridos según procedimiento.
Realizar y colaborar en otras funciones relacionadas con su puesto, aunque no estén específicamente enumeradas en esta descripción, con el objetivo de garantizar el buen funcionamiento del departamento y según las necesidades de la empresa.
Imprescindible certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%
Formación Profesional de grado medio en Rama Administrativa o similar.
Formación académica sustituible por experiencia adquirida similar en puesto de trabajo.
Menos de 1 año de experiencia en un rol similar.
Experiencia deseable en puestos de atención al cliente y/o call center.
Nivel avanzado paquete Office.
Nivel avanzado Outlook.
