What you'll do

You will be responsible for defining and leading the People Data, Analytics, and AI strategy, driving data-based decisions and generating real business impact.

The main duties will be:

Define the People Analytics, Data Governance, and Artificial Intelligence strategy in the Talent area.
Lead the HR Tech ecosystem (including SAP SuccessFactors and associated tools), ensuring an integrated and scalable architecture.
Design and evolve executive dashboards and advanced analytical models (workforce planning, turnover, engagement, talent).
Drive the use of AI applied to HR, identifying real use cases and ensuring their ethical and compliant application.
Establish data quality standards, KPIs, and definitions in coordination with IT and Data.
Act as a strategic business partner, transforming insights into decisions for management and HRBPs.
Lead the transformation of the HR operating model toward a data-driven approach.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a senior, hybrid profile between data, technology, and HR, with leadership and influence skills.

+7 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Tech, HRIS, Data Strategy, or similar.
Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
Background in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or similar.
Experience leading advanced analytics and transformation projects in complex environments.
Experience in consulting for HR or Data solution implementation is highly valued.

Key knowledge:

Data governance (DAMA, CDMP, or equivalent frameworks).
SQL; Python or R is valued.
Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAC).
Practical knowledge of AI applied to HR (predictive and generative).
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio is valued.

What you'll do

Serás la persona responsable de definir y liderar la estrategia de People Data, Analytics e IA, impulsando decisiones basadas en datos y generando impacto real en negocio.

What we're looking for

Buscamos un perfil senior, híbrido entre datos, tecnología y HR, con capacidad de liderazgo e influencia.

+7 años de experiencia en People Analytics, HR Tech, HRIS, Data Strategy o similares.
Experiencia sólida en SAP SuccessFactors o Workday.
Background en Estadística, Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería, Psicología Organizacional o similar.
Experiencia liderando proyectos de analítica avanzada y transformación en entornos complejos.
Muy valorable experiencia en consultoría de implantación de soluciones de HR o Data.

Conocimientos clave:
