We are looking for a person with a strategic vision and editorial criteria to lead the definition and execution of a content strategy that positions a leading organization in destination promotion as a global reference.

What you'll do

Design and lead the global editorial strategy, aligned with marketing and positioning objectives
Define the story, style, and narrative at all touchpoints (digital and campaigns)
Decide what is published, when, and how, ensuring coherence and quality
Manage a multichannel strategic editorial calendar (web, social media, campaigns, newsletters…)
Supervise the creation, editing, and publication of content
Coordinate internal teams and external collaborators (agencies, freelancers, media)
Lead a multidisciplinary team, enhancing their development and performance
Define KPIs, analyze results, and optimize the strategy based on data
Ensure coherence between content, channels, and campaigns to maximize impact

We are looking for a person with a strategic vision and editorial criteria to lead the definition and execution of a content strategy that positions a leading organization in destination promotion as a global reference.

This role goes far beyond content management: you will be responsible for defining the narrative, tone, and positioning of a highly visible brand with international impact.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

+5 years of experience in editorial, communication, or content strategy roles
Experience leading editorial strategy in complex environments (agencies, media, or large organizations)
Excellent writing, editing, and editorial criteria skills
Strategic vision combined with execution capability
Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders
Analytical profile, results-oriented, and data-driven decision-making
Mastery of the digital environment, social media, and analytics tools

Languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English (high level)

Experience in brand promotion, tourism, or sectors related to territory and culture
Postgraduate education in communication, branding, or editorial management
Experience in high-demand and high-visibility environments

Assegurar coherència entre continguts, canals i campanyes per maximitzar l'impacte
