From Mico by Empatif we are looking for an Accounting-Tax Department Manager to join on a permanent basis the department of an important consulting firm with a long track record in A Coruña.
What will your duties be?
Overall management and supervision of the accounting department, ensuring the correct execution of work and compliance with established deadlines.
Coordination, organization, and monitoring of the accounting team, distributing tasks and supervising their performance.

Dirección y supervisión integral del departamento contable, garantizando la correcta ejecución de los trabajos y el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
Coordinación, organización y seguimiento del equipo de contabilidad, distribuyendo tareas y supervisando su desempeño.
Supervisión de la contabilidad de la cartera de clientes, asegurando la calidad y exactitud de los registros contables.
Revisión y supervisión de cierres contables mensuales y anuales, balances, cuentas de resultados y demás estados financieros.
Supervisión y control de las obligaciones fiscales de los clientes, coordinándose con el departamento fiscal cuando corresponda.
Resolución de consultas y dudas contables tanto del equipo como de los clientes.
Revisión de la correcta aplicación de la normativa contable vigente y actualización ante cambios normativos.
Análisis de incidencias contables y establecimiento de criterios y procedimientos para su resolución.
Asesoramiento contable a clientes y participación en reuniones cuando se requiera.
Elaboración y seguimiento de informes de gestión y análisis económico-financiero.
Control de la carga de trabajo, planificación de recursos y cumplimiento de los objetivos y plazos del departamento.
Implantación y mejora de procedimientos internos, buscando aumentar la eficiencia y calidad del servicio.
Colaboración con dirección en la toma de decisiones, organización del departamento y mejora de procesos.
