We are looking for a transversal profile that combines analytical judgment with execution capacity: you must define strategies and carry them out autonomously. Deep business knowledge will be key so that you always keep the team's objectives and, above all, the company's objectives in mind.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other platforms oriented toward B2B acquisition, managing the paid media budget in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
Design and execute a continuous experimentation plan oriented toward improving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
Build and optimize landing pages and microsites in Webflow or similar tools (Lovable, Framer...), identifying and executing conversion improvement opportunities.
Analyze the complete acquisition funnel - campaigns, audiences, creatives, and channels - to extract learnings and convert them into concrete actions
Build dashboards and monitor key indicators: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, recurrence, and profitability per channel
Collaborate hand in hand with the rest of the Marketing team roles, as well as with the product and sales teams to align messages and offers
