Your mission:
Identify where market opportunities lie and help turn them into high-value business meetings.
Your responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and identify target sectors or companies.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and business priorities.
• Build and enrich databases of qualified prospects.
• Identify key decision-makers and find their contact details.
• Contribute to creating dashboards and tracking indicators.
• Make prospecting calls and schedule meetings for the French Desk Directors.
• Participate in international business development projects.
• Student or recent graduate from a top business school or university.
• Native or fluent in French. Fluent in Spanish.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable with Excel and data analysis, ideally with CRM experience.
• Strong interest in business, numbers, and international environments.
• Curious, autonomous, organized, and persistent.

Au sein de notre French Desk basé à Madrid, nous recherchons un(e) Growth & Market Intelligence Analyst pour contribuer au développement de notre activité entre la France et l'Espagne.
Votre mission :
Identifier où se trouvent les opportunités de marché et nous aider à les transformer en rendez-vous commerciaux à forte valeur ajoutée.
Vos responsabilités :
• Réaliser des études de marché et identifier des secteurs ou entreprises cibles.
• Analyser les données CRM afin d'identifier des tendances, opportunités et priorités commerciales.
• Construire et enrichir des bases de prospects qualifiés.
• Identifier les décideurs clés et rechercher leurs coordonnées.
• Participer à la création de tableaux de bord et d'indicateurs de suivi.
• Réaliser des appels de prospection et prendre des rendez-vous pour les Directeurs du French Desk.
• Participer à des projets de développement commercial international.
• Étudiant(e) ou jeune diplômé(e) d'une Grande École de Commerce ou université de premier plan.
• Français(e) natif(ve) ou bilingue français. Espagnol courant.
• Excellent niveau de communication orale et écrite.
• À l'aise avec Excel et l'analyse de données, idéalement pratique de CRM.
• Goût prononcé pour le business, les chiffres et les environnements internationaux.
• Curieux(se), autonome, structuré(e) et persévérant(e).
Nous apprécierons particulièrement :
• Une première expérience en conseil, business development, audit, stratégie ou analyse de marché.
• Une sensibilité aux outils CRM, dashboards ou à l'exploitation de données commerciales.
