About the role

Izertis is looking to expand its team with the addition of a Google Data and AI Engineer to join one of our most important clients in the industrial sector (automotive).

What you'll do

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate complex needs into advanced data exploitation solutions.
Design, build, and optimize modern, scalable, and secure data architectures.
Develop end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption.
Implement data governance frameworks, quality, traceability, and metadata cataloging.
Participate in the design, validation, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
Design integration models for intelligent agents, AI-based automation, and digital twins.
Propose and implement cloud solutions, focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies.
Prepare technical documentation: architectures, risk analyses, validations, and improvement plans.
Communicate progress and technical recommendations to stakeholders in multidisciplinary environments.

What do we look for in you?

Education:

Degree in Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or similar technical areas.

Languages:

Sufficient level of English to operate in technical environments (valued).

Required experience

At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or similar roles.
Experience in modern data architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse) and event-driven systems.
Solid knowledge in ETL/ELT, data modeling, workflow orchestration, and pipeline monitoring.
Experience in data governance: quality, security, lineage, and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of the complete lifecycle of AI/ML (MLOps).
Familiarity with digital twins, intelligent automation, and advanced simulation models.
Practical experience in cloud environments, especially in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Ability to create technical documentation and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
Proactive profile, results-oriented, and with strong communication skills.
Where would we like you to be for this position?
The work will be carried out in Palencia or Valladolid, with a hybrid work modality.

About the role

Desde Izertis, buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo con la incorporación de un/a Google Data and AI Engineer para formar parte de uno de nuestros más importantes clientes del sector industrial (automoción).

What you'll do

Colaborar con equipos de negocio y técnicos para traducir necesidades complejas en soluciones avanzadas de explotación de datos.
Diseñar, construir y optimizar arquitecturas de datos modernas, escalables y seguras.
Desarrollar pipelines end-to-end para ingestión, transformación, almacenamiento y consumo de datos.
Implementar marcos de gobierno del dato, calidad, trazabilidad y catalogación de metadata.
Participar en el diseño, validación y despliegue de soluciones de IA/ML.
Diseñar modelos de integración para agentes inteligentes, automatización basada en IA y gemelos digitales.
Proponer e implementar soluciones cloud, con foco en tecnologías de Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Elaborar documentación técnica: arquitecturas, análisis de riesgos, validaciones y planes de mejora.
Comunicar avances y recomendaciones técnicas a stakeholders en entornos multidisciplinares.

¿Qué buscamos de ti?

Formación:

Titulación en Ingeniería de Datos, Inteligencia Artificial, Machine Learning o áreas técnicas similares.

Idiomas:

Nivel de inglés suficiente para desenvolverse en entornos técnicos (valorable).

Experiencia requerida

Al menos 3 años de experiencia en ingeniería de datos o roles similares.
Experiencia en arquitecturas modernas de datos (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse) y sistemas orientados a eventos.
Sólidos conocimientos en ETL/ELT, modelado de datos, orquestación de workflows y monitorización de pipelines.
Experiencia en gobierno del dato: calidad, seguridad, linaje y cumplimiento normativo.
Conocimientos del ciclo de vida completo de IA/ML (MLOps).
Familiaridad con gemelos digitales, automatización inteligente y modelos avanzados de simulación.
Experiencia práctica en entornos cloud, especialmente en Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Capacidad de documentación técnica y comunicación con equipos multidisciplinares.
Perfil proactivo, orientado a resultados y con habilidades de comunicación.
