En Business Insights somos una empresa especializada en el desarrollo de software personalizado para empresas. Estamos creciendo y queremos incorporar un/a UX Design Lead para participar en un proyecto estratégico enfocado en la creación y evolución de experiencias digitales basadas en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa.

Formarás parte de un equipo multidisciplinar donde podrás aportar tu visión estratégica de UX, colaborar con perfiles de negocio y tecnología, y contribuir a la definición de experiencias intuitivas, eficientes y alineadas con las necesidades de los usuarios.
Buscamos una persona con una sólida trayectoria en Product Design, capaz de liderar actividades de investigación, definición, diseño y validación de experiencias digitales de principio a fin.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
Realizar investigaciones de usuario para comprender comportamientos, necesidades y motivaciones.
Planificar y conducir entrevistas con usuarios, sintetizando los aprendizajes obtenidos.
Facilitar workshops y sesiones de ideación con diferentes stakeholders.
Realizar análisis de mercado, benchmarking y evaluación de soluciones similares.
Diseñar experiencias end-to-end para aplicaciones web.
Definir user flows, wireframes y propuestas de experiencia alineadas con los objetivos de negocio.
Crear prototipos interactivos y evolucionar soluciones mediante procesos iterativos.
Contribuir a la evolución y mantenimiento del Design System garantizando consistencia visual y funcional.
Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de producto, negocio y tecnología.
Presentar propuestas, hallazgos y recomendaciones de diseño a distintos interlocutores.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
Más de 3 años de experiencia en Product Design / UX Design para productos digitales o aplicaciones web.
Dominio avanzado de Figma y herramientas de prototipado.
Experiencia sólida en metodologías de User-Centered Design .
Experiencia realizando investigación de usuarios y entrevistas cualitativas.
Capacidad para facilitar sesiones de ideación y workshops colaborativos.
Experiencia diseñando experiencias digitales de extremo a extremo.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y gestionar múltiples stakeholders.
Portfolio actualizado que refleje proyectos relevantes y procesos de diseño.
Nivel alto de inglés para colaborar en entornos internacionales y presentar propuestas de diseño.
Será un plus si conoces:
Diseño de productos digitales orientados al consumidor final.
Soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa.
Interfaces conversacionales, chatbots o asistentes digitales.
Francés.
