WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the design of GCC vision, strategy, and operating models, working across Business, Innovation, and Enabling Services.
- Contribute to GCC set-up workstreams: governance design, talent mobilisation, Day One readiness, and command center establishment powered by Reinvention AI.
- Help clients identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities and agents from the outset of GCC operations.
- Support transformation programmes including GCC health checks, capability expansion, modernisation, and workforce reskilling.
- Develop client deliverables - analyses, frameworks, recommendations - with growing autonomy and structured thinking.
- Work across geographies and functions, connecting business and technology perspectives to deliver integrated solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-5 years in consulting, strategy, or operations, with exposure to cross-functional environments and complex business problems.
- You are interested in how organisations work - across finance, HR, supply chain, technology, marketing, or data - and you naturally connect dots across functions.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies - and how they are reshaping the way organisations operate and deliver value.
