• Professional academic training: Students or graduates of Software Developer Technician, Bachelor's, Engineer, or related fields.
• Required experience in the role, more than 3 years of experience in the role
• Knowledge of software technical terminology: cloud, programming languages, high-level integration concepts, automation, database, etc.
• Proficiency in standards and norms applied in the construction of software for the technology.
• Knowledge of UX/UI.
• Knowledge of databases.

• Postgraduate studies / specialization: Master in Informatics (not exclusive)
• Certifications: Scrum Master (ideally)

Role mission: We are looking for a Functional Analyst, who will be responsible for translating the product vision into a list of requirements. They will actively collaborate in Sprint planning and review ceremonies and ensure the consistency of the various project deliverables to satisfy the defined vision and scope.

• Ensure that requirements and user stories are complete and correct, including technical definitions.
• Ensure that deliverables satisfy client/user expectations, in accordance with the identified functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure the consistency of the various user experience deliverables, requirements, and functional design of integrations/services.
• Validate with the development team that user stories and requirements are complete for their corresponding development.
• Provide support to the development team during functionality implementation, working together with the testing team to enrich the design in its entirety.
• Participate in the various project ceremonies, especially those oriented toward identifying and managing functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, mockups and prototypes, functional design of services, planning, synchronization, and review.
• Identify scope changes early and communicate them to the Squad Manager for their corresponding management.
• Coordinate user training on the solution's operation and prepare the corresponding material.
• Create the user manual.
• Provide support to users during the use of the solution, mainly during the first stage following the project go-live.
