We are looking for a Business Analyst & Data Strategy to act as a key link between commercial areas and technology, with a focus on data quality, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
🎯 What will your mission be?
You will be the strategic bridge between business and technology:
🔍 What will you do on a daily basis?
✅ Gather and refine requirements (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria)
✅ Model As-Is / To-Be processes to identify improvements and bottlenecks
✅ Design flows, business rules, and data validations
✅ Analyze data using Python or R to validate hypotheses and data quality
✅ Collaborate on data modeling and database structures.
✅ Design and prototype dashboards in Power BI (KPIs, key indicators)
✅ Lead UAT / functional QA, ensuring that IT delivers real business value.
🧠 What are we looking for?
🔹 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
🔹 Background in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
🔹 Advanced SQL proficiency
🔹 Experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modeling)
🔹 Solid knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
🔹 Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or Visio.

Serás el puente estratégico entre negocio y tecnología:
🔍 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
✅ Levantar y refinar requerimientos (historias de usuario, casos de uso, criterios de aceptación)
✅ Modelar procesos As-Is / To-Be para detectar mejoras y cuellos de botella
✅ Diseñar flujos, reglas de negocio y validaciones de datos
✅ Analizar datos con Python o R para validar hipótesis y calidad de la información
✅ Colaborar en el modelado de datos y estructuras de BBDD.
✅ Diseñar y prototipar dashboards en Power BI (KPIs, indicadores clave)
✅ Liderar UAT / QA funcional, asegurando que IT entrega valor real al negocio.
