The role
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Functional Analyst - CRM and ITSM, whose main mission will be to guarantee the correct configuration and functioning of the tools (CRM, ITSM, etc.), ensuring their alignment with the defined processes and the operational needs of the service.
What you'll do
Configuration of new classifications.
Creation and updating of FAQs.
Configuration of new escalation groups.
Parameterization of campaigns and broadcasts.
Support in response automation.
Guarantee of functional coherence between process and tool.
