Requirements

What we're looking for

Solid experience (5+ years recommended) in fullstack development.
Extensive experience in Java.
Consolidated experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
Solid experience in Angular.
Design and consumption of REST APIs.
Experience in application architecture and solution design.
Development best practices (Clean Code, testing, CI/CD).
Experience working on projects from the initial phase (greenfield).

Nice to have

Experience with AI Agents applied to development (Claude Code or similar).
Knowledge of Anthropic and its assistant Claude is highly valued.
Experience in Vibe Coding environments (intensively AI-assisted development, accelerated prototyping, and AI-first workflows).
Experience technically leading projects or small teams.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a newly created strategic project from scratch (greenfield), oriented towards the development of a technological solution.

This is an excellent opportunity to participate in the technical definition, architecture construction, and development of the core of a platform with real business impact, playing a key role in technological decisions and product evolution.

The position will hold significant weight within the project, leading the development of the solution's core and providing technical vision throughout the entire development lifecycle.

What you'll do

Design and develop a fullstack application from scratch.
Define the technical architecture and development best practices.
Implement and evolve backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
Develop modern and scalable frontend with Angular.
Design REST APIs and guarantee their correct integration.
Participate in decisions regarding architecture, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders and the project team on functional and technical definition.
Guarantee code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
Explore and integrate AI-assisted development tools to optimize productivity.
